Welcome to Liquid Renovations (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Usage (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, liquidrenovations.com (the “Site”), including our electronic signature and contract management system.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.
2. Electronic Signatures and Contracts
2.1 Legal Binding Effect
Our Site allows you to electronically sign contracts and agreements. By using our electronic signature feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your electronic signature is legally binding and has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature
- You consent to conduct business electronically
- Electronic records of contracts have the same legal effect as paper contracts
- You have the authority to enter into the contract you are signing
2.2 E-SIGN Act Compliance
Our electronic signature system complies with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Your use of the electronic signature feature constitutes your consent to do business electronically.
2.3 Contract Review
You have the right to:
- Review the complete contract before signing
- Download or print a copy of the contract for your records
- Request a paper copy of the contract at any time
- Withdraw your consent to do business electronically (note: this does not void contracts already signed)
2.4 Signature Authentication
When you sign a contract electronically:
- Your signature, name, date, and IP address are recorded
- A timestamped record of your signature is permanently stored
- You certify that you are the person whose name appears on the signature
- You agree not to repudiate or challenge the validity of the electronic signature
3. Use of the Site

- Sign contracts electronically

3.2 Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:

- Sign contracts on behalf of others without proper authorization
- Attempt to access contracts or information not intended for you
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Site without permission
4. Account Security and Access
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any access links sent to you
- All activities that occur under your access credentials
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring you use a secure internet connection when accessing contracts
5. Contract Access and Expiration
Contract viewing links are:
- Unique to each contract and recipient
- Valid for 30 days from the date sent (unless otherwise specified)
- Not transferable to other persons
Once expired, you may request a new access link by contacting us.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 Information Collection
When you use our electronic signature system, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your electronic signature image
- Date and time of signature
- IP address from which you accessed the contract
- Device and browser information
6.2 Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Secure database storage
- Regular security audits
- Limited access to authorized personnel only
6.3 Data Retention
Signed contracts and related data are retained for:
- The duration of the contract term
- Seven (7) years following contract completion for legal and tax purposes
- As required by applicable laws and regulations
7. Technical Requirements
To use our electronic signature system, you must have:
- A device with internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
- A current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge)
- JavaScript enabled
- The ability to view and download PDF documents
- A valid email address
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Liquid Renovations and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Liquid Renovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or electronic signature system.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Liquid Renovations for services.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE SYSTEM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Site is free of viruses or harmful components
However, we strive to maintain the highest standards of service and will make reasonable efforts to ensure system availability.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liquid Renovations, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person
- Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the electronic signature system
12. Contract Disputes
Disputes arising from contracts signed through our electronic signature system shall be governed by the terms of the individual contract and these Terms. Contract-specific dispute resolution procedures (including arbitration clauses, if any) take precedence over these general Terms.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Material changes affecting electronic signatures will be communicated via email to active users.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Termination does not affect the validity of contracts already signed electronically.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific contract terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Liquid Renovations regarding use of the Site.
